World Climbing Medical Platform

Supporting athlete health through secure medical data management and screening workflows

This platform supports National Federation Medical Officers in the secure management of athlete medical data, screening workflows, and participation clearance status.

Health encompasses an athlete’s physical, mental, and social wellbeing and is essential for both performance and long-term development in sport. It is not defined solely by the absence of injury, but by the presence of supportive conditions that allow athletes to train, compete, and develop safely.

Maintaining athlete health requires a holistic approach, including appropriate nutrition, sport-specific training, sufficient recovery, sleep, and injury-prevention strategies. Equally important are the mental and emotional aspects of performance, such as stress management, motivation, and access to psychological support when needed.

Through this platform, National Federations can manage medical screening workflows, monitor athlete clearance status, and support compliance with World Climbing health protection policies.
